Delivery and Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering your ordered items as quickly as possible. To ensure timely delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information. A mobile phone number or email address is essential for successful delivery.

Deliveries are handled by Colissimo. Each package is delivered to your home and requires a signature upon receipt.

All packages shipped within France are insured against loss or damage. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination.

• Estimated delivery time: 48 hours (business days)

• In-store pickup: If you are in the Arles area, you can pick up your order by appointment at our workshop in Arles. There is no delivery fee for this option. Once your order is confirmed, we will email you to schedule a pickup time.

Alexandra Garcia is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by the import process for international shipments.

 

Returns

Despite careful packaging, if an item arrives broken, please notify us as soon as you receive your package. We will offer an exchange or a refund.

Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between the business of Alexandra Garcia registered under SIRET identifier 43911429900050, and its customers.

Any order or purchase of a product offered for sale on the Merchant Website in the "Store" and "Workshops" sections implies acceptance of the GTC.

Alexandra Garcia reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. In such a case, the applicable GTC will be those in effect at the date of the Buyer's order on the Merchant Website.

For any request or additional information regarding the GTC, the Buyer is invited to send an email to: advgarcia@gmail.com.

2. Products

The product descriptions and photographs on the Alexandra Garcia Merchant Website are non-contractual. Each piece is handmade, unique, and may display slight variations in size, colour, and texture.

3. Orders

To be accepted, all orders must be placed on the Merchant Website. The Buyer declares acceptance of the entire GTC without reservation by checking the box provided during the ordering process.

If a product is out of stock, it may be subject to a special order by writing to: advgarcia@gmail.com.

The customer will receive a first email confirming receipt and validation of the order, followed by a second email informing them of the shipment of the ordered products.

4. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€). They reflect any applicable discounts on the order date and are guaranteed unless there is a typographical error.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be specified and billed to the customer at the final order confirmation stage.

5. Payment

Payment is required immediately upon ordering.

In the event of a stock shortage, and following an email request to advgarcia@gmail.com approved by Alexandra Garcia, the product will be restocked on the Merchant Website. The customer may then proceed with online payment, and the product will be manufactured as soon as possible.

Ordered products remain the property of Alexandra Garcia until full payment has been received.

The customer assumes all risks of loss, theft, and damage to the delivered products from the moment the order is received.

Accepted payments are processed via the secure Stripe platform (https://stripe.com/fr). The accepted payment methods include Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® credit and debit cards.

In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, a payment commitment made via a payment card is irrevocable. By placing an order on the Site, the Client guarantees they have the necessary authorization to use the payment methods provided.

The shipment of your order occurs only after verification of the payment method and receipt of authorization to debit your card. The amount will be charged at the time of shipment.

Alexandra Garcia does not store customer banking data.

The full amount, including shipping costs, will be debited from the Buyer's payment card at the time of product shipment.

6. Delivery

Delivery is provided by Colissimo with signature upon receipt.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of your package.
Shipping fees, including all applicable taxes, are indicated at the time of order confirmation and added to the product price.

Before final order validation, the customer is informed of the total amount payable.

Upon receiving their order, the customer must inspect the packaging and ensure the delivered products are in good condition. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer must refuse the package. If the package is refused, the customer must provide a justified explanation to both the carrier and Alexandra Garcia, ideally including a photograph of the packaging.

Once the customer accepts the package, they assume full responsibility for any loss or damage. No repairs or exchanges will be possible, and the cost of any damage will be fully borne by the customer.

The customer must notify Alexandra Garcia via email, including proof of any damage observed upon receipt, by writing to advgarcia@gmail.com

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a legal right of withdrawal for fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with Articles L. 121-21, L.121-21-1, and L. 121-21-2 of the Consumer Code. The customer may exercise this right without providing any justification and without incurring penalties.

After this period, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

8. Return Policy

In accordance with the withdrawal right mentioned above, the customer has fourteen (14) business days to return the ordered product(s) if they are not fully satisfied.

This period begins on the day the order is received. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, the customer may also return the product(s) in person at the same address.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and instructions. Any damage sustained during the return process may invalidate the right of withdrawal.

9. Liability

The products offered comply with current French regulations. Alexandra Garcia is not responsible for ensuring that products comply with laws in the country of delivery. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify import regulations with local authorities.

Alexandra Garcia is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Alexandra Garcia disclaims responsibility for any website interruptions, technical issues, inaccuracies, or fraudulent modifications made by third parties.

10. Warranties

The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Civil Code.

If a product delivered by Alexandra Garcia has a defect existing at the time of delivery or a hidden defect, the customer should contact advgarcia@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Under these warranties, Alexandra Garcia may, depending on availability:

• Replace the defective product with a similar or equivalent item,

• Exchange the product for another of equal value.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of the Merchant Website is protected by copyright and remains the property of Alexandra Garcia. Any full or partial reproduction of the content is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data

Alexandra Garcia reserves the right to collect personal data provided by the customer for the purpose of processing orders.

This data is stored for security reasons and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Law of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, modify, and oppose the use of their personal data.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must contact Alexandra Garcia via email.
